Terms and conditions for our pool resurfacing services

Service Estimates

All estimates provided by Phoenix Pool Resurfacing are free and non-binding. Final pricing may vary based on actual pool conditions discovered during the project. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduled services may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. Weather-related delays in Arizona are common and will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. A deposit may be required for larger resurfacing projects.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be detailed in your service agreement. Our warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials under normal use conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Phoenix Pool Resurfacing is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, damage caused by improper chemical maintenance after service, or conditions beyond our control. We carry full liability insurance for your protection.

Property Access

By scheduling service, you grant our team access to the pool area and necessary surrounding space. Please ensure pets are secured and the work area is accessible on the scheduled date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
