Services

Phoenix Pool Resurfacing provides pool resurfacing, replastering, tile and coping repair, pool deck resurfacing, and related services in the Phoenix metro area. All services are subject to a written estimate, which becomes binding once both parties sign or otherwise agree in writing.

Estimates and Quotes

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the condition of your pool as observed during our site visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If additional work is discovered after work begins (for example, previously hidden damage), we will stop, explain the situation, and obtain your approval in writing before proceeding.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in your project estimate. A deposit is typically required to schedule the work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances past 15 days may be subject to a late fee.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms (material warranty, workmanship warranty, and duration) are provided in writing with each project estimate and invoice. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper maintenance, unbalanced water chemistry, or conditions outside our control.

Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled project prior to work commencing. If materials have already been ordered or work has begun, a cancellation fee may apply to cover costs incurred. Cancellation terms specific to your project are specified in the estimate.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Arizona law.

Use of the Website

The content on this website (text, images, graphics) is the property of Phoenix Pool Resurfacing and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
